Mauro Fabbro was born in Bollate-Milan in 1973. During his years of study at the State Institute of Art in Monza, he developed his passion for design, architecture and visual arts. He started with the famous cabinetmaker Pierluigi Ghianda for whom he drew the illustrations for the catalog of furniture and objects. He then joined the Politecnico of Milan where he studied architecture, while continuing his research in the field of design. Graduating in 2005, he began his collaboration with the architect Letizia Caruzzo. He designed spectacular sculpture lamps for prestigious residencies in London and Gstaad. In 2009, they joined forces and created the architectural firm Caruzzo-Fabbro. In parallel with their activity as architects, they explore new fields of study with the "Laboratory of Interior Architecture" of the University of Milan. It was in 2010, with the exhibition "Mauro Fabbro, variations, light and parchment" that the collaboration with Alexandre Biaggi began.
